New for this year with polyester sheath, and nylon core!7/16 in. diameter static line is the standard rope for caving, rappelling, and rescue applications. Double twist cabled polyester sheath and nylon core strands make these ropes extremely abrasion resistant and have minimal stretch (not recommended for rock climbing). Tensile strength 7420 lbf. Weight: 8lbs 14oz.
